We’ve partnered with Mentaya, a service that handles the entire reimbursement process for you. No superbills, no back-and-forth with insurance, no paperwork headaches.

Here’s how easy it is:

2. We handle the paperwork. After each session, we submit your insurance claims through Mentaya for you. You’ll receive a link to set up your Mentaya account. One simple confirmation, and we’ve got it from there.

3. Watch for your reimbursement check in the mail. Sit back and let it come to you.

HSA/FSA cards & debit card and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
