About Me

I’m Zoe Mittman, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Zoe Rose Therapy. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan. My professional background includes experience as a school social worker as well as providing therapy in private practice settings in both Chicago and New Jersey.

My clinical work has allowed me to support individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Over time, I’ve seen how exhausting it can be to live with constant worry, intrusive thoughts, or the pressure to have everything figured out. These experiences have shaped my approach to therapy and continue to inform how I work with clients today.

My work is rooted in evidence-based therapy and guided by collaboration. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) particularly when working with anxiety and OCD.

My therapeutic approach emphasizes:
