Frequently Asked Questions
How much do therapy sessions cost?
Individual sessions are 45 minutes and they cost $195 per session. Initial intake sessions, which last 60 minutes to fully understand your needs and goals cost $255.
Do you accept insurance?
As an out-of-network provider, I do not accept insurance. I provide superbills on the first of each month, which are detailed receipts you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many people get reimbursed 60-80% of the session fee after their out-of-network deductible is met. We’ll verify your out-of-network benefits before your first session, or you can quickly check your insurance coverage here.
How do I pay for sessions?
I accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA cards and FSA cards. You can securely pay for sessions through my HIPPA compliant platform.
What is your cancellation policy?
My cancellation policy is strict. You must cancel AT LEAST 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee. This policy ensures that we respect each other’s time and is explained in the informed consent documentation that you sign.
How long does therapy last?
There’s no one-size-fits all timeline. Some people find relief and closure in just a handful of sessions, especially for targeted challenges. Others prefer ongoing support to build lasting skills for things like anxiety or relationships. I’ll check in regularly to see what’s working and adjust as you grow!
